About me

I am Tom Lewis, a creative and ambitious digital & print designer currently living and working in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.

At present, I’m employed as the Digital Design Manager for Vision West Nottinghamshire College based in Mansfield. Here, my work is primarily focused on producing digital content to help market the group and all its subsidiary companies including, but not limited to, corporate showreels, websites and digital advertising.

I’m also a skilled camera operator and editor using the very latest professional video recording equipment and editing software.

In the past I have worked as an artist for Route 1 Games Ltd, a games company that produced titles across a variety of platforms including Wii, DS, PC and interactive DVDs. It was my responsibility to generate visual concept ideas and high-quality artwork and motion graphics for the games and products produced by the company.

This was a great opportunity for me to work with a variety of blue chip companies including Universal Pictures, BBC and Ubisoft.

Outside of work I describe myself as an ‘unashamed geek’, regularly checking the web to keep on top of the latest trends in design and technology, and being the ‘go-to-guy’ for technical help with my friends, family and co-workers.
